Dilly Pork Chops

These pork chops are so delicious you'll want to cook extra to freeze for another busy night. If you love the mixture of butter, mustard, and dill, try adding it to chicken or fish.

Total Prep Time: 10 minutes

6 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

What to Do
Prick pork chops with a fork. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; spoon over both sides of chops. Place on a broiler pan; broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.

Serves: 6

Bonus Tip

“ A common cold symptom is excessive mucus in the chest and lungs. To remove this mucus effectively, National Jewish Health? recommends a deep coughing technique. Start by taking a deep breath and holding it for two to three seconds. Then use your stomach muscles to breathe out aggressively. Try to avoid short coughs or throat clearing. If done correctly, it's possible to make your coughs more productive. ”

Tourists ask a lot of questions as we travel between the Hawaiian Islands on my charter boat. Some people wanted to know, "Does the water go all the way around the island?" Another asked, "How much further until we're in the ocean?" But the one that made me want to jump overboard was, "Can you please take the boat closer to the sunset?"
