Beach Pail Easter Basket
1. Using a small tin pail or a child’s beach pail, wrap raffia all around the circumference—the ends can be knotted or tied in bows.
2. Once the entire pail is covered in raffia, tuck in fresh, dried or silk flowers, using as few or as many as desired. Add Easter eggs.
