Bacon Salad Sandwich If your kids like spinach salad, they'll love this scrumptious sandwich! If preferred, leave bread untoasted. Serve with a glass of juice or milk. Get the recipe
It also seems to me that most of these, while looking very tasty, have some mayo or cream that will not do well out of the refrigerator for long. These are probably better lunch ideas for someone who works in an office with a fridge.

I wonder what your criteria was for saying these are healthy lunches? Cream cheese, salami and bacon have never been in my definition of healthy... Maybe the title should have been "New Lunch Ideas".

I agree with Anusha. My daughter is vegetarian, and her school considers iceberg lettuce in a bowl a viable vegetarian lunch.

Couple of vegetarian options would've been welcome. I was expecting to see atleast 1 among the 9

The Salami sub looks tasty but I'd substitute the American cheese and salami for Swiss cheese and roasted turkey. Even though I don't eat pork anymore, the Bacon Salad Sandwich looks good. But the Creamy Chicken thing...eew.

Hmm...Although I stopped eating pork, I might actually consider that.

All of these recipes look wonderfully good; however, if I were to eat them......I would be asleep in 30 minutes and hungry in an hour!

Most of them look awfully high in sodium!

these don't look like anything my 5 & 7 year old grandchildren would even dream of eating. They eat almost anything but I doubt they would touch these sanwiches.

These sound incredibly delicious. I am concerned about the high calorie count though
