Brie and Pear Salad with Strawberry Cream Dressing Recipe

Yield: 4 servings

You Will Need

Salad:
1 small round of brie cheese
4 pears
Romaine lettuce, or your favorite salad greens
1 basket fresh, ripe California strawberries

What to Do

1. Slice brie cheese into bite-sized pieces. Slice pears vertically. Place greens on four plates. Place pears and cheese atop greens. Put strawberry slices around salad and atop greens. Top with strawberry cream dressing.

Dressing:
[1/4] cup raspberry vinegar
[3/4] cup non-fat sour cream
1 cup fresh, ripe California strawberries
1 TB. High-quality strawberry preserves

2. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and whisk for one minute. Drizzle over salad until well incorporated.
