Cherry Cranberry Punch

This punch recipe will quickly become one you look forward to sharing every holiday season.

My husband is a pastor, and our church has many functions, which allows me to try out a selection of recipes. This lovely red punch is one of my favorites to serve.

You Will Need
1 package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
4 cups cranberry juice
3 cups cold water
3/4 cup lemonade concentrate
3-1/2 cups club soda, chilled
Lemon sherbet, optional


What to Do
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the cranberry juice, cold water and lemonade concentrate. Refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, stir in the soda. Top with scoops of sherbet if desired.

Serves 16 (3 quarts)
