Simply adding a couple ingredients to your holiday relish guarantees your guests will never want to eat plain-old cranberry sauce again.

You Will Need
1 16 ounce bag fresh or frozen cranberries
3 firm pears, peeled and cored
1 lemon, quartered and seeded
3 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoons salt


What to Do
1. Pulse fruit in food processor until coarsely chopped.

2. Transfer to large bowl and stir in honey, sugar and salt.

3. Cover and refrigerate.
