Get chewing gum out of hair
There it is. The piece of chewing gum you gave to your child not ten minutes ago is now a wadded mess in his hair. Apply some peanut butter and rub the gum until it comes out. Your child's hair may smell like peanut butter until you shampoo it, but it's better than cutting the gum out.

Remove price-tag adhesive
You've removed the price tag from that new vase you've just purchased but you're left with that pesky gummy glue on the glass. Remove it easily by rubbing peanut butter on it.

Bait a mouse trap
You know the mice are out there, scurrying around your kitchen at night. It's time to get tough. Lay traps, but bait them with peanut butter. They can't resist, and it's nearly impossible for them to swipe without tripping the trap. You'll be rid of the critters in no time.

Eliminate stinky fish smell
If you're trying to eat more fish for health reasons, but hate the smell that hangs in your house after you've cooked it, try this trick. Put a dollop of peanut butter in the pan with the frying fish. The peanut butter absorbs the odor instead of your furnishings.

Plug an ice-cream cone
Ice-cream cones are fun to eat but a bit messy too. Here's a delectable solution: Plug up the bottom of an ice-cream cone with a bit of peanut butter. Now, when munching through that scoop of double chocolate fudge, you'll be protected from leaks. And there's a pea-nutty surprise at the end of the treat.
