Glazed Fruit Medley

The orange dressing is a perfect complement to the fresh fruit.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

You Will Need
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups orange juice
3 cups cubed honeydew
3 medium firm bananas, sliced
2 cups green grapes
2 cups halved fresh strawberries


What to Do
1. For glaze, in a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and orange juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

2. In a large serving bowl, combine the honeydew, bananas, grapes and strawberries. Add glaze and gently toss to coat.

Serves 10
