Even if you have never tried your hand at cake decorating before, you can still decorate these snack cakes. Just squeeze tubed icing through metal or plastic tips. The only trick is not to eat them as fast as you make them. However, if you do make a mistake, it's easy to destroy the evidence.

You Will Need
For the Witch:
Packaged cream-filled snack cakes
Tube of green icing, for hair
Tube of black icing, for hat and arms
#104 petal tip, for hat brim
#10 large round tip, for hat and arms
#233 multiple-opening tip, for hair
#3 round tip, for nose
Coupler ring set, to fit tips to tubes
Tube of black decorating gel, for eyes
Tube of red decorating gel, for mouth
Ready-made jack-o'-lantern icing decorations

For the Mummy:
Packaged cream-filled snack cakes
Tube white icing, for bandage strips
#104 flat tip, for icing strips
Tube of black decorating gel, for eyes
Coupler ring set, to fit tip to tube
Ready-made bat icing decorations

What to Do
1. Unwrap cakes and place on small serving plates.

2. Use coupler rings to attach tips to tubes of icing.

For the Witch
3. With tip #233 and green icing, pipe hair by squeezing out icing on cake (as shown in photo), then pulling out to make hair. Stop squeezing tube before pulling the tip away.

4. To make pointed hat, use the black icing and tip #10. Squeeze out a large dot and then pull tip out for hat. Use the same tip to pipe strips on each side for arms. For the brim of the hat, use black icing and tip #104 and pipe a strip around the hat for the brim.

5. With black gel, pipe dots for eyes. With red gel, pipe a strip for the mouth. With green icing and #10 tip, squeeze a dot for nose and pull tip away to extend dot upright.

6. Add jack-o'-lantern icing decoration between arms as shown.

Recipe decorates 6 witches.

For the Mummy
7. With white icing and #104 tip, pipe strips for bandages all around cake as shown in photo, leaving space for eyes.

8. With black gel, pipe dots for eyes.

9. Add bat icing decoration as shown.

Recipe decorates 6 mummies.
