You Will Need
4 boneless butterfly pork chops (4 ounces each)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper

What to Do
1. Brush pork chops with lemon juice.

2. Combine seasonings; rub over chops.

3. Grill, covered, over medium heat, turning occasionally, for 16 to 20 minutes or until juices run clear.

Serves: 4
