Raspberry Cider

This thirst-quencher adds cheer to any menu!

1 pint (2 cups) fresh or frozen raspberries
4 cups apple cider
Mint sprigs, optional

What to Do
1. In a bowl, crush berries. Add cider and mix well.

2. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

3. Chill. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired.

Makes 5 cups
