Salami Cheese Sub Recipe

This sub will rise to the top of your children's list of favorite lunches! Try with other cold cuts for variety.

Yield: 1 serving

What You Need

1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
1 submarine bun (6 inch, 15 cm, size), split
1 process cheese slice (your favorite), halved
½ oz. deli salami (about 3 slices)
¼ cup chopped or torn lettuce (your favorite), lightly packed



What to Do

Combine ketchup and salad dressing in small cup. Divide and spread on both halves of bun.

Layer cheese, salami and lettuce on bottom half of bun. Cover with top half.
