You Will Need
4 slices whole-wheat or white bread
4 slices Swiss cheese
2 slices cooked ham
Reduced-fat mayonnaise or Dijon mustard
Olive and canned pimiento slices for facial features

What to Do
1. With a girl or boy cookie cutter, cut a "person" from each slice of bread, cheese, and ham.

2. Spread 1 side of each bread shape with the mayonnaise. Assemble the sandwiches and use dabs of mayonnaise to stick on olive and pimiento slices for "eyes" and "mouths."

Makes: 2 sandwiches

Note: You can also use your favorite cheese and luncheon meat instead of Swiss cheese and ham.
