1. Flip the electrical power switch to Off. Remove the combustion chamber door by lifting up and pulling it out, and remove the burner cover (if you have one). It’s usually held in place by two screws.

This is great for furnaces. I've got an oil boiler, though. Any ideas?

I wondered why this was rated a 4 star when it was so helpful, until I got to the part where it suggests testing the vent hood with a smoking stick of incense. The vent hood is shown in fig. A. Where the heck is fig. A??? It's not shown in the first image, 1 of 14, and I don't see lettered figures. I experienced this problem when reading about how to clean a dryer and vent- reference to a picture that was not there. Maybe you could crowd the needed info in between all the advertising?
