Tortellini With Zesty Tomato Sauce

You Will Need
1 onion, diced
2 gloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) no-salt-added stewed tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) no-salt-added tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 package (15 ounces) cheese tortellini

What to Do
1. In large nonstick skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until tender.

2. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 10 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, cook cheese tortellini according to package directions. Toss with sauce.
