The all-steel brick set cuts brick, stone, or concrete block to size and shape. Score the
brick along the cutting line on all sides by tapping the chisel lightly. To then cut the
brick, set the chisel in the scored line, with the beveled edge facing the waste side of
the material, and strike the chisel sharply with a hammer.

Purchasing
Brick-set blades range in width from 3 to 5 inches. Some brands have a vinyl grip on the
handle to absorb the shock of hammer blows. A brick set should be made from forged, heat-treated tool steel.
Caution
- Always wear goggles or safety glasses when using a brick set.
