1. Eligibility: This contest is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Reader's Digest Association, or its affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to enter the Contest or to participate in the voting process. Contest is governed by the laws of the U.S.A. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

2. To Enter: The Contest begins at 12 p.m. ET, May 19, 2009, and will be ongoing until all 10 trivia questions have been posted to the Twitter community. To enter, visit www.twitter.com/readersdigest and follow @readersdigest for information on rules and to receive trivia questions. Entrants will be required to respond to each question to twitter@readersdigest.com

Questions will be posted as follows: 10 questions will be posted between May 19, 2009 and July 1, 2009. One question will be posted at any given time. When the correct answer to that question is received, the next question will be posted in 48 hours, or sooner. Questions will be posted sequentially until all 10 questions have been asked and answered. Submissions will be accepted via twitter@readersdigest.com

Winner will be determined on a first come, first serve basis: the first respondent to reply with the correct answer and readersdigest.com URL will win a copy Mind Stretchers .

All entries become the property of Reader's Digest. We reserve the right to use your entry in all print and electronic media, and to edit it for brevity and clarity.

3. Judging: Each question will be posted on twitter.com/readersdigest and participants must reply directly by email to twitter@readersdigest.com. The first correct answer received by Reader's Digest wins. Reader's Digest is the official timekeeper for this contest. Judges determinations are final. Reader's Digest will select one winner per question for each of the 10 questions. Winning responses will be posted on readersdigest.com and twitter.com/readersdigest.

4. Prize(s): The ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) copy of Mind Stretchers, a $19.99 value. Reader's Digest will not be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the winner's acceptance or use of the prize. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. The winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, and a media use release within two (2) weeks from the date of the notification letter or an alternate finalist may be selected.

5. Conditions: Reader's Digest is not responsible for lost, late, or unintelligible entries, lost connections, miscommunications, failed transmissions, other technical difficulties or failures. Reader's Digest reserves the right to terminate or modify this contest at any time in the event of any intervention with the promotion beyond the control of Reader's Digest. In such a circumstance, winners will be selected based on entries received to date of termination. In the event that two similar entries are received, only the entry judged to best meet criteria as set by Reader's Digest will be included in the final judging. Entrants agree to indemnify Reader's Digest and its affiliated and subsidiary companies from and against any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with this Contest.

Winners will be notified on twitter.com via direct reply within four (4) weeks of the closing date of July 1, 2009. By entering this sweepstakes you agree to the use of your name and likeness and entry for promotional purposes (except where prohibited by law).

6. The total number of contestants anticipated nationwide is 2,000.
