Men's Health also breaks top 10 articles into multiple pages and while it's not ideal it is understandable...Readers Digest at least offers a complete view of all 10 items when click on "Print" at the top right corner above the title...other websites don't. Just a quick tip for reading enjoyment. :)
trust me on this..........people suffering from long term insomnia will try ANYTHING to get to sleep. I agree this may not be the most healthy solution, but if it has scientific backing and it's shown to work.........then it's worth putting out there for those who may need it.
Isn't glucose suppose to stimulate you and give energy? So eating them would keep you pump up.
nobody is advising people to eat refined foods to go to sleep, this is just to let people know. its totally up to the person if he/she wants to use them for that purpose
This may be scientifically correct. However, advising people to eat refined foods like white bread and jelly beans in order to sleep seems highly irresponsible.
I refuse to read web pages that break up articles into many pages. This is an obvious attempt at increasing ad revenue 10x. This is annoying to the reader--YOUR CUSTOMER. Please put content on a single page.
