Why do you make it so difficult to find a customer service telephone number?? It's ridiculous what I had to go through just find a customer service number! Then, to make matters worse, I had two different account numbers,(including the one from the last bill I paid) and neither one was a valid account number. Finally, PLEAST STOP sending books or other items that I have not ordered and then sending a "past due notice" for the payment! If I wanted it I would have ordered it!!! Thank you.

I wrote you on 11-5-08 to cancel a gift subsricption for my aunt who passed away 10-16-08. I requested a refund of the $21.96 that I had paid in July. I have not heard a word from you. I can see why you do not list a phone # anywhere. Send me my refund!!

Respond with your own comments here. I got my bill from you for 71.76. I do not understand. The cd's I ordered are $59.96. What other purchases are there that I don't know about at this point. This is the first bill that I have received. A customer service number on the bill would be very helpful. Thank you.
