Spring is right around the corner and retailers have already begun stocking their floors with warm-weather goods -- including swimsuits. Besides looking great on the beach, commonsense tells us that one of the best things you can do for your overall health is to drop a few pounds. Or maybe more than a few pounds.

I know what it feels like to not be happy with your weight and feel like you can't do anything about it. But I agree with this article. A lot of small changes does add up and "indulging" in small treats will keep you satisfied and on track. No one can diet, diet diet all of the time without cracking. No one wants to be overweight! The most difficult thing to be able to control to keep your weight in check is mindless grazing. It is not always easy to do, but eat to live don’t live to eat. Some type of daily regimen is needed by everyone; but do not diet, your body needs nourishment. Diets and diet aids do not help anyone! The only way to successfully lose weight and get the body that you deserve is by using the right information. This information is in the book Lose Weight Using Four Easy Steps which can be ordered through the website www.bbotw.com Everyone who has gotten a copy of this book has lost weight and become healthier.

I managed to lose 30lbs last spring, it's been a year since I managed to keep them. the idea is pretty basic - I do no more diet, but I spend 4-5 days in the gym. That makes me feel fine. If you wonder what slimming fitness program to choose, here is the site, which I use to change workouts - http://www.w8loss-tips.com/exercise-site-reviewed.html

I have lost 60 lbs. in the last 3 years. I carry an apple or 2 with me every morning, so when I get hungry I have a healthy low-calorie snack close at hand.

Thanks for the informative article. It just seems like the world has turned obese at such a fast pace it really is scary. I have struggled with weight for my whole life and finally have a grip on it after 30 years of suffering from diet-itis!! It really helps to know what you are doing and you don't have to work nearly as hard when you do. Go to this site http://kevkev227.stripfat.hop.clickbank.net/ It was recommended to me by a friend and it really changed my thinking and helped me turn the tide and finally lose weight and keep it off without the constant struggle and fluctuations. I have lost over 50 lbs and kept it off. I finally have enough energy to keep up with my children. Best of luck to every one of you who knows what it is like to struggle to lose weight...hope this makes your life easier!!

Protein shakes are the way to go! Definitely has helped me curb my crazy cravings. A shake of the bottle and a few sips a couple times a day does the trick. I use a very healthy variety called Nutribody which is vegetarian, no dairy (which wont give you gas!), no sugar, etc. It tastes great though!

A couple of months ago I decided to start dieting again, but this time I used a supplement called Acai Berry. I think I first heard about it when it was rated the number one super food by Oprah and Rachael Ray. I found a free 2 week Acai Berry trial at http://h8z.org/55d088 where I only had to pay a couple of dollars for shipping. It's a really good deal and I highly recommend it! I stared taking Acai Berry and it worked amazingly well. I started loosing pounds fast.

Does this make sense? Buy a pedometer, clip it to your belt, and aim for an extra 1,000 steps a day. On average, sedentary people take only 2,000 to 3,000 steps a day. Adding 2,000 steps will help you maintain your current weight and stop gaining weight; adding more than that will help you lose weight.
