These newsletters used to be so easy to read in adobe acrobat. Now you have to keep your email open to get back to the letter to check each link separately. This one article had to be clicked 3 times for different information. I get this for my diabetic mother, and have to dig through it all to find new info to pass on. Now it's so time consuming. Regarding the recipes, they make obvious sense. Reduce the white bread goup, eat less bread, reduce the sugar. Remove the jam+syrup= same,
