My son and son-in-law insisted on assembling my new barbecue grill. For an hour they struggled with the project, but they finally got it put together. Afterward, the two complained that they’d had trouble with the job because the assembly instructions were written in Chinese. Were they ever embarrassed when my 10-year-old grandson turned the assembly sheet over to reveal the instructions printed in English.
