Self-closing cabinet door hinges screwed to drawer backs can act as stops to prevent drawers from being pulled all the way out and dumping their contents on the floor. Just screw the hinges to the backs of the drawer boxes. Flip the hinge leaves down so you can slide the drawer into place and then flip them up. A pair of self-closing hinges costs about $4 at home centers and hardware stores.
