  • 1 cup apricot preserves or jam
  • 2 tablespoons cold water or liqueur

    How to make it  15 minutes

    Stir the preserves in a saucepan over low heat until it becomes slightly more liquid. Strain the mixture and return to the heat.

    Add the water or liqueur and boil gently for 2-3 minutes.
