The soy milk provides isoflavones, while the banana contributes a healthy amount of potassium.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 teaspoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 ice cubes

    How to make it

    In a blender, combine the soy milk, banana, peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes.

    Blend 1 minute, or until thick and smooth.
