Ingredients
- ¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. liquid honey
- 2 tbsp. skim milk powder
- 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. medium sweetened coconut
How to make it

Put first 3 ingredients into bowl. Stir. Add graham cracker crumbs. Mix well. Divide peanut butter mixture into 4 equal portions. Roll portions between your hands to make balls.

Spread coconut on plate. Roll balls in coconut until coated. Serves 4.
