With this easy recipe, youngsters can have subs just like from a sandwich shop.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 4 white French rolls, each 6 inches long
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 6 ounces thinly sliced cooked chicken
- 4 slices (3/4 ounce each) reduced-fat American cheese
- 4 slices (3/4 ounce each) reduced-fat process Swiss cheese
- 12 slices sweet or dill pickle

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and mustard. Split French rolls and spread with mustard mixture.

Top each roll bottom with a lettuce leaf, some of the chicken, a slice of American cheese, and a slice of Swiss cheese. Arrange 3 pickle slices on each sandwich. Top with roll top.
