Ingredients
- 2 bread slices
- 1 wiener, chopped
- 2 tbsp. canned baked beans in tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. salsa
- 2 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese

Place oven rack in center position. Turn oven on to 350ºF. Cut crusts off bread slices. Press bread slices into bottom and sides of ramekins. It’s okay if the corners stick out. Place ramekins on baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned. Put baking sheet on wire rack. Turn down heat in oven to 325ºF.

Put next 3 ingredients into bowl. Mix well. Spoon wiener mixture into toast cups. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake for about 15 minutes until hot. Put baking sheet on wire rack to cool. Let cool for 5 minutes. Turn oven off. Serves 2.
