Fruity Milkshake Recipe

Who thinks milk is boring? Frozen fruit makes a delicious calcium-rich shake. Team it with toast for a well-rounded breakfast.

  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ cup frozen whole strawberries
  • ½ cup vanilla frozen yogurt

    How to make it 

  • 1

    Put all 3 ingredients into the blender. Cover with the lid. Process until smooth. Pour into the glass. Yield: 1 serving
