Starbucks just released its latest coffee cup size, called Trenta. Rolling out nationwide by early May, the Trenta size will be available for iced coffee, iced tea, and lemonade. How big is it, you ask? Well, it is bigger than the capacity of your stomach.

Canadian newspaper the National Post demonstrates Trenta’s “power” in a graphic that shows the cup’s ability to hold about 16 milliliters more than the average adult’s stomach. Though Starbucks claims to not be selling any drink over 230 calories in the Trenta cup, that won’t stop customers from dumping loads of sugar in it to get just the right ratio of sweetness to 916 milliliters of iced coffee or tea.

Do your stomach a favor and stick to a Tall or Grande — and a Venti if you have to. Because remember, a Trenta is just a Big Gulp with a Starbucks label on it.
