Raspberry Cider

This thirst-quencher adds cheer to any menu!

Ingredients

  • 1 pint (2 cups) fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • Mint sprigs, optional

    How to make it 


  • 1

    In a bowl, crush berries. Add cider and mix well.

  • 2

    Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

  • 3

    Chill. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired. Makes 5 cups.
