Berry and Yogurt Parfait

Take this season's freshest berries or your favorite fruit and combine them with your favorite brand of Greek-style yogurt. Add a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of granola for added crunch. Jell-O Frozen Pie

Melt one stick of butter in the microwave and combine with 1 and ½ cups of graham crackers then press in the bottom of a freezer-friendly dish. Next, combine one tub of thawed whipped topping and one packet of your favorite Jell-O flavor. Mix well and place in the piecrust. Italian Ice

Combine 3 cups of your favorite Italian syrup, like Torani, with ¾ cups of fresh lemon juice in a small pitcher and refrigerate. Crush 5 lbs, or 6 ice trays worth, of crushed ice in a blender or food processor (2 -3 cups at a time) and store in your freezer until ready to serve. Using small cups or glasses, add one cup of crushed ice and top with the syrup mixture for an authentic Italian treat. For a fruity twist, try Strawberry Italian Ice.
