The Emerald
Ingredients: 2 oz. Irish whiskey, 1 oz. Italian vermouth, 1 dash orange bitters
Directions: Stir well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled martini glass.


Go for this variation from idrink.com, which adds melon liqueur to the mix.

The Irish Lady
Ingredients: 3 oz. champagne, 1 oz. melon liqueur, 1 oz. orange juice
Directions: Mix together with crushed ice in a glass and garnish with mint leaves

Green Dublin Apple Cocktail
Ingredients: 2 oz. Irish whiskey, 1 oz. sour apple Schnapps, 2 oz. white cranberry juice
Directions: Pout into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh apple slice

Bailey’s Espresso Martini
Ingredients: 2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream, ¼ oz. vodka, 2 oz. cold espresso
Directions: Mix together, shake and pour into a martini glass; garnish with a cherry.

Black and Tan
Ingredients: ½ pint chilled stout, ½ pint chilled ale
Directions: Pour the ale into a pint glass until it is nearly half full. Place a spoon over the glass, convex side up, and slowly pour the stout over the back of the spoon so it drizzles into the glass as gently as possible. Allow the stout to settle.

The Token Irishman
Ingredients: 2 oz. Irish whiskey, 3 drops Fee Brothers Mint Bitters, 5-6 sprigs of fresh mint, 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz. simple syrup, a splash of soda water
Directions: Set aside one sprig of mint. Muddle the rest with the simple syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients, shake and strain over ice into an old fashioned glass. Add a splash of soda water and garnish with the remaining mint sprig.
