Victor’s Cuban Sandwich
1 small loaf crusty bread, cut lengthwise, with mustard; 1/4 pound roast pork, sliced; 1/4 pound Virginia ham, sliced; 1/6 pound Swiss cheese; 1 kosher dill, cut lengthwise. Layer on pork, ham, cheese, pickle. Grill in a sandwich press (or wrap in foil, press, and warm in oven at 350°) for 15 minutes. Enjoy.
