from Taste of Home's Holiday & Celebrations Cookbook 2005
1 package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
4 cups cranberry juice
3 cups cold water
3/4 cup lemonade concentrate
3-1/2 cups club soda, chilled
Lemon sherbet, optional
How to make it
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the cranberry juice, cold water and lemonade concentrate. Refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, stir in the soda. Top with scoops of sherbet if desired. Makes 3 quarts.
