Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
- 3 carrots, shredded
- 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

In a large bowl, stir together the orange juice, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and salt. Whisk in the oil. Add the cabbage, carrots, and scallions and toss to coat well. Let stand for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 2 hours. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds before serving.
