Cranberry Lemon Pear Relish

Simply adding a couple ingredients to your holiday relish guarantees your guests will never want to eat plain-old cranberry sauce again.


  • 1 16 ounce bag fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 3 firm pears, peeled and cored
  • 1 lemon, quartered and seeded
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt

    How to make it

    Pulse fruit in food processor until coarsely chopped.

  • 2

    Transfer to large bowl and stir in honey, sugar and salt.

  • 3

    Cover and refrigerate.
