- 4 cups water
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup small shell pasta
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 ¼ cup finely chopped ham
- ½ cup process cheese spread
How to make it
Put water and salt into saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium-high. Add pasta. Cook, uncovered, for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peas. Cook, uncovered, for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is soft. Use strainer to drain pasta mixture. Return pasta mixture to same pot.
Add ham and cheese spread. Turn heat down to medium-low. Heat and stir for about 1 minute until pasta is coated and ham is warm. Serves 2.
