Healthy Superbowl Foodistockphoto.comSuperbowl Chili

The Super Bowl is synonymous with food — and lots of it. Don’t even try to say no to nibbling; just change what you eat. This year, let the others pig out on buffalo wings and pizza, while you enjoy this fiber-filled, healthy chili, below. A few tips for enjoying it:

Top it off. Give your guests a selection of toppings, like low-fat sour cream, grated cheddar, salsa, minced onion and jalapeños.

Dig in. Set out pretzel sticks, warm tortillas, baked chips or pita chips, and have the football fans dip into the chili throughout the game.
