Grilled Salmon Steaks
These flame-broiled steaks are rich in both nutrients and taste. Sprinkle the grill coals with rosemary for additional flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
- 6 salmon steaks (6 oz.each)

In a bowl, combine sage, pepper, lemon juice, and oil. Brush over both sides of salmon steaks. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill.

Place salmon on grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn; grill 7-9 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 6 steaks.
