- Basic Sugar Cookie Dough
- Basic Frosting
- Circle cookie cutters, variety of sizes
- Food coloring, preferred colors
- Disposable frosting bag for each color
- Coupler for each color
- Size “5” decorating tip for each color
- Rubber band for each color
- Sanding sugar or fine sprinkles, white or to match each color
- Drinking straw
- Ribbon

Follow the Basic Decorating Instructions to tint frosting with preferred colors and prepare frosting bags with size “5” decorating tips. Outline circles with frosting and let set about 15 minutes, making sure to outline around the hole. Pipe to fill the circle with frosting and immediately and generously sprinkle coordinating color of sanding sugar to completely coat circle. Shake off excess, let dry overnight and hang with ribbon.
