A 46-second clip of a surprised red panda has quickly gone viral. One moment the adorable baby red panda is peacefully eating and the next it’s startled by a zoo worker in the most hilarious way.
These pandas from Maruyama Zoo in Japan aren’t the first animals to earn notoriety for human-induced surprise. Remember “surprised kitty?” The gray hued, white pawed kitten was the star of a YouTube video that’s racked up more than 66 million views since 2009 and even made it to Animal Planet’s video countdown “America’s Cutest Cat 2010.”
