5 Healthy Fast-Food Breakfasts

We all know it’s best for our health to eat breakfast at home, but sometimes we just don’t have time. When you need to eat on the run, here are five healthy fast food choices we love from health.com.

1. Spinach Florentine Breakfast Wrap (Cosi)
This egg-and-spinach wrap has lots of protein to keep you feeling full all morning. It’s a bit high in fat, so try to cut down on fat in the rest of your meals.

2. Protein Artisan Snack Plate (Starbucks)
Cheese, hard-boiled eggs, apples, grapes, muesli roll and peanut butter spread make for a high-protein, high-fiber breakfast.

3. Berry Topper Ideal Meal (Jamba Juice)
This breakfast in a cup meets all of your nutritional needs. It has yogurt and soy milk for calcium and vitamin D; fruit for vitamin C; and pumpkin flaxseed granola for a dose of healthy fat.

4. Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal (Au Bon Pain)
Oats are rich in fiber and vitamin E. Add milk for calcium and a few nuts for protein.

5. Breakfast Power Sandwich (Panera Bread)
Eggs, Vermont cheddar, and ham are piled onto whole-grain bread bursting with vitamin B2, niacin, manganese, iron, magnesium, and selenium.
