  1. Personally I am shocked at the amaturish wherewithall of this website. They display a fruit smoothie big enough to drown the whole village. So you folks reading this want a smoothie for one. Use your heads make a spread sheet and then weigh each item in your drink. It took me about 3 days to add and deleat items by weight to make a drink that I can enjoy. Heck last night I even added Broccoli because I was out of Spinach. Next trip to WINCO I am adding Fresh Red Beets and Frozen Raspberries to my grocery list. I do not use added Sugar are they kidding me like really?

    1. Talk about annoying anyone adding sugar to a smoothie outa be shot. I use a kitchen weight scale. So you want an 8 ounce smoothie (like for one person please) then do this. Select from the following 2 oz Fresh Banana (a whole banana is about 4.0 oz), 2 oz Fresh Apple, 2 oz Fresh or Frozen Strawberries, 1 oz Fresh Spinach, 3 oz Fruit Juice, depending on the size of the Ice cube (my freezer makes 4 weighing 2.7 oz) add or subtract pieces of ice cube depending on other frozen fruits. The amounts in this recipe will make about 11.4 oz more or less. Substitute any fruit item you wish with Fresh, Canned, Frozen Mango chunks, Fresh or canned Peaches. This recipe pours easily from your blender. Nobody in their right mind needs make a smoothie the size this website calls for.

  4. my comment, I am a 24 year old, Stroke Survivor     paralized on my left side, take no prescription drug’s, in wheel-chair  almost 24/7,  I do lot’s with just my great strong right side, still driving. belong too several social group’s. am out-going, friendly, never meet a stranger, love being around both the very young I am 74 year’s young., and old. married 54 year’s, 3 Son’s 11 grand-children, and 5 great great grandchildren. yes I am very active, so if you all have any suggestion,bout me gaining weight,,5’5 98 pound’s, would love too put on 10 to 15 pound’s.if you have any suggestion’s,I’d be more than happy too try anything, thank you in advance, I really love your e-mail’s.
