Still waaaaaay too high in carbs! I mix up a batch of Crystal Light (I like Cherry Pomegranate) pour some into ice trays and freeze. Then, I pop a few of those into the blender with some of the unfrozen Crystal Light, a couple scoops of unflavored whey protein powder, and a scoop of PB2 (peanut butter powder) for a PBJ smoothie.

Are you really supposed to use a whole teaspoon of cocoa?  The recipe in the book calls for 1/4 tsp.!

Check the book again. It shows under the “flavorings” heading you can choose either 1 tsp. cocoa or 1/4 tsp. cinnamon.

It should be 2 teaspoons of honey.

2 TABLESPOONS of honey?????  My recipe for smoothies in the diet book says teaspoons and don’t be tempted to add more.  Is this a mistake???
