My husband and I are seniors and can’t do the squats and dips. We are used to going to the gym and lifting weights. Is it ok to substitute? We have a hard time with the walking is it ok to substitute walking for a stationary bike?
I am on the 6th day of the diet and I lost 5lbs!! My goal is 80lbs and I am going to stick to it. Thanks Keith
