    I’m on day 3 and have had bad headaches each day. I have had migraines in the past and will leave off any cocoa. I’m still drinking one cup of coffee each day but the headaches come in the afternoon. Also started a bad cold today.

    Is the portion size the same for 6 foot man as it is for a 5 foot woman.  How can this be?

    Interesting that all of the comments are negative.  I am losing weight on this diet after years of trying and not being able to lose on my own.  I have really changed the way I eat and I now crave good for you food and walk away from sugar.  Last night I ate pizza and it made me sick.  I don’t think I will really want pizza again.  Today I added a whole cucumber to my shake along with a splash of lime and an additional tsp. of honey.  I had this after running 5.5  miles and that is all that I want.  I put on clothes and they are too big.  Maybe my teenage shape will return.  I don;t know how much weight I have lost because I don’t have a scale.  I just know that everything is big now.  I also know that I am energized after the shakes.  Juicing is looking attractive.  Good Luck – just don’t go halfway on the diet.  Do what it says.

    Regardless of previous negative comments, I am very excited about starting this diet on Friday.  It is full of healthy food.  I like the idea of not eating so much over processed food.  I recieved my book in a timely manner and have had no trouble printing

    started the diet on Tuesday, (today’s Friday).  I lost 5 pounds in the first 4 days.  this is just what i needed, a healthy jump start

    I started the diet on Friday and lost 9lbs by Tuesday, I am thrilled!! Can’t wait to see how much I lose by the end. One question, where can I find light coconut milk?
