1. I didn’t read anything about drinking tea. Is anyone else drinking unsweetened tea in place of water?
2. What if you don’t drink milk? In place can you drink almond milk?
3. Is non-fat cottage cheese ok to replace ricotta?
This is day one and I’m very excited and loving all the food options!

I can’t get the grocery lists large enough to read. Don’t havee a printer that will work with my ATT Pentach tablet and just wanted to write out the list. To fuzzy andsmall to read.
I find it impossible to get salt free beans.
Can I split the 2 cup serving of Italian Shrimp and Vegetable Soup into two servings? I have had gastric bypass and cannot eat 2 cups of food at a time.
just started yesterday. On day 2. so far I loved the strawberry almond shake and the kale and Chick pea soup!
