Can I drink crystal light raspberry drinks?
Hi! I started the diet today. Just like Sonya, I added more water and also did not seem to be enough. Hopefully the soup is tasty.
I do an hour of hot/fitness yoga 3-4 times a week. Ca I use this in place of the walking?

I just got my book and in looking at the shakes I see it calls for coconut milk. Not my favorite. Thinking about using skim milk instead????
Starting day 6 and weighed myself this morning. I’ve only lost 1/2 pound and am disappointed. I have at least 40 pounds to lose and thought the start would be quicker. I’ve commited to the 21 days, though. Anyone else having a slow start?
I really would like my husband to go on this diet with me. But he is a truck driver, and dosen’t have refrig. or microwave in the truck. Any Suggestions
Today is my 4th day on the diet. I’ve lost 4 1/2 lbs already! The shakes & soups are so good & satisfying. Looking forward to starting Fade Away tomorrow.
I am just starting the diet and the first snack it says a green pepper quartered with 2 tablespoons ricota cheese on each quarter. Is this correct? Seems like an awful big snack to me.
