  1. Choose strip or fillet mignon but avoid T-bone??? Does the writer, editor or publisher of Reader’s Digest ever read? A T-bone steak (and also a Porterhouse) are nothing more than a strip steak and a small piece of tenderloin (fillet mignon) separated by a T-shaped bone. So why is a strip steak good and a T-bone bad? Never mind go read more before avowing to instruct the already confused reader audience.

  2. beef or any kind of meat is not healthy at all  it has much more bad offers then 1 good   it makes you older and full of cancer plus fat and cholesterol    you want to have the best for you body go raw or vegan..

    1. Meat, chicken, fish, fruit and veggies are fine just eat in moderation. Staying away from man made food…processed food is the trick to eating well.
